People seriously, unbelievably frustrate me. Some of the members of the sales team that I support do not realize that I am paid peanuts as an admin. I am not paid enough to even think about work when I am not in the building. Yet what did I get this weekend? A phone call on Saturday morning from one of the salespeople! And it is because the person is an ass! Our company just instituted direct deposit about a month ago, in part due to the pig-like squealing of this salesperson. However, she is now one of the last people to sign up for it. So she waits until she has 10 weeks of expenses, approximately $10,000 worth. Then she sends them all in and demands a turn around of two days on them, which includes me overnighting them to her. The big problem was that I forgot to send them on Thursday, so they had to go out Friday, meaning her check would not be deposited until today, because you can bet your sweet bippy that I did not pay extra to have it Saturday delivered. She calls me becuase she hasn't gotten it yet. Well, of course not. We're trying to control costs! Stupid.
I had the worst dream last night. I dreamed that the fiancee got tired of me. We had a huge fight and he told me that he was going to go out and play the field more and that I had been a nag and I was too controlling. I asked him how long he had been feeling that way, and he said for most of the time that we were together, and I could not understand that. I said you've been telling me you want me as your wife. Was that a lie? And he said that he had been lying the whole time. It was so disturbing that I woke up from the dream and had to wake him up to ask him if he still loved me. Dreams can be so messed up.
